Anthony Ezell

Anthony Ezell ✮

is an actor, model, and writer born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai’i, and now based in Los Angeles, California. A proud Texas State University alum with a BFA in Theatre: Performance & Production, Ezell’s love for the arts runs deep, with roots spanning both theatre and film. From a young age, they performed on stages in Honolulu and San Antonio, appearing in productions ranging from community theatre to equity houses.

Ezell’s breakout role came in October 2023 when they starred in Titty Boy, a short film that has since premiered at over 15 festivals across the country, including its world premiere at the Austin Film Festival. Their powerful performance earned them a nomination for “Lead Actor” at the Prison City Film Festival. In 2022, they were also nominated for a BroadwayWorld Austin Award for “Best Supporting Role in a Musical” for their portrayal of Mitch Mahoney in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

Beyond acting, Ezell is a dedicated storyteller with a growing passion for writing and directing, focusing on uplifting and centering queer voices in mainstream media.

A true movie lover at heart, Ezell can often be found logging films on Letterboxd, curating outfits from local thrift stores, conducting spontaneous photoshoots with friends, or spinning gems from their ever-expanding vinyl collection.
